Raffle Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The raffle is open to all Australian residents aged 15 years and over.
There is no limit to the number of entries a person may purchase.
By entering the raffle, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements above.
2. Entry Payments
Entry payments are collected online.
3. Prize
The prize details and inclusions are outlined separately as part of the raffle entry process.
4. Draw Process
The draw process and timing are outlined separately as part of the raffle entry process.
5. Winner Notification and Contact
The name provided in the raffle entry form will be used when announcing the winner. Please provide the best contact details for you when entering the raffle. The contact details provided will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize and arranging delivery.
The winner will be contacted on the night of the draw using the contact details provided when entering the raffle.
If we do not receive a response from the winner within four (4) days, we will make a further attempt to contact them. If we are unable to successfully contact the winner by 5 September 2026, a new winner will be randomly drawn and the same contact process will be repeated.
6. Prize Delivery
Once we have successfully contacted the winner, we will provide a form for them to submit their customisable details and arrange the jersey order.
Shipping of the jersey within Australia is included as part of the prize. The jersey may take up to two (2) months to be received following submission of the winner's customisation details and order form. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the supplier and circumstances outside the control of Harbour Lights.
7. Use of Raffle Proceeds
50% will be donated to Wear It Purple to support the amazing work they do in supporting LGBTQIA+ young people.
50% will be used to support Harbour Lights club events, activities, and the raffle costs.
8. Changes or Cancellation
Harbour Lights reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the raffle, or make reasonable changes to the raffle arrangements, where circumstances outside of its reasonable control make this necessary. Where possible, entrants will be notified of any significant changes.
9. Acceptance of Terms
