Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
Skill Levels
Development: Designed for those newer to hockey. Players at this level are still learning stopping, turning, and basic skills. Speed is developing, and as a general marker players may not yet be ready for the equivilent of IHNSW div 4 level competition.
Intermediate and Above: For players who are more confident on their skates, able to stop, and can hold their own even with other faster players on the ice. Skill levels will still vary across the ice, but players should be roughly Div 4 IHNSW or above.
Unsure?: Please just reach out to contact@harbourlightsicehockey.com to ask where you fit.
Please Note: For safety and enjoyment, we may move players between teams and divisions.
